Description
EXCLUSIVE SALE. ONLY TWO OWNERS (CURRENT SINCE 2008). OCEANIC HULL. TWO CABINS AND TWO BATHROOMS (OWNER'S CABIN BATHROOM WITH BOX FOR THE SHOWER).
ENGINES MAXIMUM POWER FOR THE MODEL. AIR CONDITIONING. GENERATOR. BOW THRUSTER.
2024: hull stripped and, at the end of April, antifouling applied. Anti-osmosis treatment with GELSHIELD epoxy primer, expertise document available January 2024 certifying the non-presence of osmosis. Replacement of zinc, oil, filters, cleaning of heat exchangers (June 2024). Polishing of walls, flybridge and overstructure. Aesthetic restoration and teak sanding of the platform . Teak sanding of cockpit and of steps leading to flybridge. Resealing and cleaning of the fly windshield. Re-sealing of windshields and windows. Engine, service, bow thruster and generator batteries replaced (installed end May 2024).
Teak gangway grating replaced 2023. Norwegian cockpit cover replaced 2019.

The RODMAN 38 is most compact cruising model, but with specificities and structural and ergonomic characteristics typical of the functionality of boats of greater length. It is a unique concept of functional habitability that makes it the most spacious model within its category. It has large outdoor spaces that allow you to enjoy it to the fullest both during navigation and in moments of relaxation at mooring. The fly has both a living area and a sunbathing area, both very welcoming. Interiors are large and bright with spaces perfectly optimized for both distribution and versatility. Lounge is large with a dining area on the right and a two-seat sofa on the left. Control area is on the right. The kitchen is located on the cabin floor with a column fridge, sink, glass ceramic hobs and MW oven. There are two bathrooms both with shower, the owner's bathroom also with box for the shower.
